adding targets to OMS without agent

Hello all,

I'm very new to this and i'm trying to get my head around a problem. Sorry in advance if i'm not using the terminology correctly.

Product: OEM Cloud Control 12c

I need to add targets to be managed to our OEM web application.

Normally I would have an auto discovery run with the agents, and then promote that databases. This is a piece of cake through the UI.

However, the problem now is we have disabled all our agents and will not be turning them on in the near future.

So here's the question....

How do I (or can it) add targets, to be promoted and managed to OMS without the use of the agents?
