Issues with PIP 3.6 - Changes doesn't syndicate - XPATH errors

Hi All,

We have recently upgrade our A9 from 9.3.4 to 9.3.6 along with PIP3.6.

We are facing issues when we are trying to syndicate any changes: It always shows as in progress in the queue.

But after looking at the logs we are getting the following error message:

An error occurs while processing the XPath expression; the expression is aia:getServiceProperty('{http://xmlns.oracle.com/ABCSImpl/Agile/Core/ProcessEngineeringChangeOrderAgileReqABCSImpl/V1}ProcessEngineeringChangeOrderAgileReqABCSImpl','ABCSExtension.PreProcessABM',false())!='true'

The XPath expression failed to execute; the reason was: XPath Function {http://www.oracle.com/XSL/Transform/java/oracle.apps.aia.core.xpath.AIAFunctions}getServiceProperty cannot be found.
