Tabular Section

I have an issue with a Financial report. This report has a main tabular section and in it are many columns and rows. Many of these columns and rows have data selection set but a few columns have calculations defined. A tabular cell is used as a divisor in the calculation for 2 of these columns. Recently at the beginning of this year the tabular cell is zero and so there is a divide by 0 issue.

To avoid divide by 0, I need to move the calculations to one of the event rules so that I can first check the value of the tabular cell. Which event rules should I use? I have tried the following but the results were all wrong.
