Trigger concurrent request run when file copied to a folder on server

Hello everyone!

I am investigating whether it is possible to trigger a concurrent request set when a new file is copied or created in a folder in the application or the database server of an on-premise eBS installation.

Is there any way to do this in eBS? Has anyone done it before?
