R12: Cannot Account for Payment Created Event - Event in Status U/U

Hello,

A payment remains in Partially Accounted status and Actions->Create Accounting does nothing. There's no reference to the payment in the Create Accounting Output (Subledger Accounting Program Report) too.

In xla_events, notice PAYMENT CREATED event with EVENT_STATUS_CODE 'U' and PROCESS_STATUS_CODE 'U'. There are no errors against the event in XLA_ACCOUNTING_ERROR. We've checked Payables Options also and  'When Payment is Issued' is checked.

What is the problem of this payment? How can we fix it?
