Dispatch Center Screen- Task workflow does not work

Hi All,

I have query regarding the Task assignment from Gantt in Dispatch Center screen. When someone assigns task from Service request form then the Dispatch Workflow of tasks is getting auto launch but when we are assigning tasks from Dispatch center then workflow is not getting initiated and FSE is not getting any email notification. Do we have any required profile for Dispatch center screen for workflow to trigger. Please help how this can be resolved.
