OPatch failed during Patch 28730253 installation

Hi all,

I am using Doc ID 2405761.1 and installing the Patch:28730253 .

I did the opatch lsinventory and did not find any issues.

Verified the permissions of the directories and files, and they seem to be ok.

But when I execute opatch apply it is failed with:

$ opatch apply

Oracle Interim Patch Installer version 1.0.0.0.64
