We have Red Hat Linux 3.10.0-327.18.2.el7.x86_64 installed for an Oracle 12.1.0.2 database. We are trying to update the OS with yum but it is failing with error messages that indicate a Oracle Linux repository on the server. We did not have this problem with the dev server and this is our PROD server. I did find a repository for Oracle Linux as well as the Red Hat repository. The Oracle Linux repository is: /etc/yum.repos.d/public-yum-ol6.repo

I am new to this project and I have no idea how this happened. I just need some advice on how to clean it up so we can apply the updates from Red Hat to the OS. Suggestions?
