Completion Certificate

After taking and passing the Oracle Support Accreditation Level 1 course, the Completion Certificate does not show my name even after waiting over 12 hours to populate.

Has anyone had this problem before? What did you do to obtain a Completion Certificate with your name on it?  Thanks!
