RTV error message of, "Field is Required: RTV_LN_DISTRIB - ACCOUNT"

Hi Group -

Has anyone else run into an RTV error message of, "Field is Required: RTV_LN_DISTRIB - ACCOUNT" when saving an RTV?

We have run into 3 such incidents in the past 6 months or so. Data is on the actual receipt selected for the RTV but does not flood over onto the RTV.

Any thoughts as to cause or fix?
