SRS Split not happening when Vendor lot size is fixed

Hi,

I have configured SRS module and split percentage for 2 vendors and both the vendors have min order quantity set up in 4321.

When I receive a demand in 3411 that is less than any one of Vendors min Order Qty, It does not get split and order for 2 vendors. (The demand in 3411 is greater than min Ord Qty of at least one vendor)

Is there a configuration that can take care of this.
