Tablespace TDE key rotation 11gR2?

Oracle's TDE FAQ mentions that "Tablespace keys cannot be re-keyed (rotated); work around is to move the data into a new encrypted tablespace."   With 11.2.0.4, can this move be accomplished directly from one encrypted tablespace to another encrypted with a different master key or is it a multi-step process to move contents first to an unencrypted tablespace and then to a new encrypted tablespace?
