Pay Frequency change on Job Opening page does not update Salary Range To and Salary Range From field

When you create a new Job Opening in TAM,  the Salary Information section is populated with data defaulted from Job Code.    i have a few questions related to the pay frequency and the Salary Range To and From fields.

- what determines what 'Pay Frequency' value will be displayed on the 'Job Opening' page?   By default, the Job Opening page is showing Year as the 'Pay Frequency' , however, for the Job Code configuration being tested, it has the 'Comp Freq'  set to 'H'.   

- i updated the 'Pay Frequency' field to 'Hour' and the 'Salary Range  To' and 'Salary Range From' fields were not updated.   are those fields supposed to be updated if you change the 'Pay Frequency' on the Job Opening page?
