Error on Create (Equipment) Lease page after CU Patch 29439436:R12.PN.B

Hi Vaishali

We are on 12.1.3 and have installed the latest cumulative Patch 29439436:R12.PN.B on its release. Our error is partly similar to the issue reported by another user but with some differences.

We have 3 test instances.  In the instance (1) where the IFRS16 patch and each subsequent PN patches have been applied on release, there is no error and we can create new leases. But the other 2 instances where all the PN patches have been applied over a day or so (in April), when we try to create a new lease (Equipment lease) we get the following error:
