Fluid Talent Profile Employee Self Service

Hi-

We are looking to implement a couple of the pages (languages, education, licenses) on the Talent Profile but when you pull up the permission list it doesn't appear there is any way to hide the pages that don't apply to us. Has anyone already tackled this?  I couldn't find any documentation (like a red paper) on the Fluid Talent Profile employee self service (specifically).  Any clues?
