Getting multiple failures when applying Post UN3 ESUs & UxOne ESUs

After Applying 9.2 Update 3 (UN3),  While Applying Post UN3 Code Current ESUs ( 410 ESUs up to Apr 16),

Some ESUs failed complaining of missing pre-requisites ESUs,  but those pre-requisites were previously skipped in the Deploy Schedule as they were stated to be already installed.

I used the following Workaround:  

In the Batch Details Schedule, Changed status of the pre-req ESU, and re-installed it,  then re-did Failing ESU and it passed...

Had to do this for the following failing ESUs:

JN14900  with Pre-Req JN14773 

JN15706  with Pre-Req JN15597

JN16194  with Pre-Req JN16174

Also,  Same type of issues, when applying UxOne ESUs (97 ESUs as of Apr 16),  for the following ESUs
