Cannot close out of application that has a custom grid

Hi,

I'm on 8.12 and if I'm in any application that contains a custom grid, and try to close out, the close button does not respond.  I need to delete the custom grid if I want to close out normally or I need to close JDE if I don't want to lose the grid.

This at the moment is not a widespread issue.  And I know that it was not happening to me in the past.

Any suggestions?
