Can anyone tell me the SoC (State of Charge) for battery P/N: 371-2482-N when shipped?

Can anyone tell me the SoC (State of Charge) for battery P/N: 371-2482-N when shipped?  It is a part within the 2510 controller and we have a customer asking for the data (SoC) due to government requirements.
