Unable to do CheckOut after i Check In the Publeished BSSV

Hi Mentors,

I was working on the Business service to trigger a UBE in JDE. When i create the Internal Business Service all Looked good. But when i created a Published Business Service, i complete the creation of i/p and o/p Value Objects and calling the Internal Business Service. I built the BSSV successfully. While Checking IN i set the manager as Published and without any issues, i was able to Check-In.

The issue was when i tried to Check-Out the same Published BSSV and then it gave me error. I don't see the Checked-IN Artifacts now and i am NOT able to Check Out. CNC people don't see the java files on the server. i can still see the code locally on the FAT Client but NOT sure what is going wrong.
