Automation of Local Taxes based on employee address

Hi All,

We are trying to automate the assignment of Tax Localities based on the postal code from Employee's address. I would like to learn more about how Oracle defines Locality codes?

Does Oracle have any support or add-on to automate the assignment of Tax Localities?

I would like to more details of my requirement:

I am trying to automatically assign the Tax Localities in PeopleSoft based on the Employees' Work address, ideally zip codes.

The challenge is that I am unable to map the PeopleSoft Tax Localities with Zip codes.

Please help or provide some guidance if anyone has done this before.
