Unable to add configured line to quote using aso_quote_pub.update_quote

in Configurator - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

I need help in adding configured line to quote. I followed the steps as per doc.

How To Add a Configured Model To A Quote Using ASO_QUOTE_PUB? (Doc ID 1930489.1)

But I'm stuck with below error. I tried different alternatives but could not pass this error.  Can anyone help me fix this issue?

Error report -

ORA-01086: savepoint 'UPDATE_QUOTE_PUB' never established in this session or is invalid
