Hi Hari Meena,

Can you provide the similar issue that you mentioned related to this web template?

We have an issue where when the user selects a radio with value No- the buttons displays No value but updates the record in Database.
Yes works fine as expected.

We use the Applet Form Grid Layout.

The problem is that, we couldn't reproduce the issue. All we have is the user screenshot.
