Found error code "RCV_SPLIT_LOT_SERIAL_ERROR" when interface deliver transaction

Hi,

I found a problem that request "Receiving Transaction Processor" return an error message about "an error occurred while trying to split lot and serial lines.".

As I checked our item setting up, my item just controlled lot but no controlled serial. And I'm not input data which related field "use_mtl_serial".

Could you please help to check my statement for this issue as below?
