JD Edwards - Posted Invoice Batch Disappeared

Hello,

We have a unique situation where an already posted invoicing batch has literally disappeared.   We believe that JD Edwards applications would not allow anyone to simply delete a posted batch out of the F03B11, F0911 and F0011 tables however the invoice transactions were entered into JD Edwards through a custom process. Everything was in tact for a full year and transactions from a previous year have no issues.  The problem was found because the F0902 and F0911 accounts in question were out of balance which showed up on the R09705 compare Account Balances to Transactions Integrity Report.

My questions are 1.) Are there any applications/Business Functions etc. in standard JD Edwards that would be capable of deleting an already posted invoice batch?  2.) Has anyone experienced anything similar to this problem and opened a support ticket for it?   I have seen some strange outcomes when a JD Edwards program encounters bad data before and that is what I am guessing to be the issue but I don't know what JD Edwards application(s) could accomplish this.
