MSS>Team Time>Enter Time page for small factor

Will Oracle make available a mobile friendly (small factor) page equivalent to "MSS>Team Time>Enter Time"?

In our institution, some supervisors approve for non-direct reports. On 9.2 PUM 29, we see that the only pages that can be used to approve for non-direct reports is by using the "Enter Time" or the "Time Summary" pages. Unfortunately, these pages, although available for small factor, do not render correctly on small factors. In fact these pages are disabled in ESS. Why they available on MSS is a mystery to me.

The Approvals tile does not help us because those pending approvals listed there are direct reports.
