Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Failed to load driver library jdboci121.DLL error

While logging in to JDE we are getting Failed to load driver library jdboci121.DLL in jde.

We have installed Deployment server and while logging in for first time we are getting this error.

Checked the oracle client, it is 32 bit. Any suggestion what went wrong in the installation.
