Steps to configure bi_directional gg 12c and unidirectional from both end of bi_directional

Hi need steps to configure bi_directional gg 12c and unidirectional from that bi_directional.

unidirectional from the both the ends of bi_directional

One condition is to be added in these it has to act as vice versa in case when every it has be shutdown for any reason

For any reason the bi_directional is down the existing unidirectional should be to act as bi_directional And this unidirectional remain as bi_directional

When  the original bi_directional is up it as to act as a unidirectional till the next maintenance activity or on demand switch
