ORCE v18 Web Services not working

Have been configuring ORCE easily since version 15 and it worked well til 17.0.2.

Struggling with 18.0 but no way to move forward.

Application is working but Web Services are not working, apparently the Auth Method option is also removed (which I could turn to None in previous versions).

Please help with getting it to work, I have tried with AdminServer as well as the recommended Managed Server approach.
