Issue downloading files using Get in Agile 9.3.6 on IE 11 (version 11.0.115)

Has anyone else experienced issues downloading files in Agile 9.3.6 RUP 7 using Internet Explorer 11? The is a specific update version (11.0.115) that appears to be the common denominator. This error comes up and then the user is required to restart their computer before they are able to open any file in Agile:
