How can i split stock allocation from Multiple subinventories based on Custom business rules

We are in a consigned inventory model and we hold consigned stock from different suppliers . We are WMS enabled and we use WMS picking rules to do both Product and location validations before allocating.

We have a requirement where we need to split allocation across different Owning parties based on sourcing allocations as the consumption advice occurs in our process during picking. Basically below is the example and expected output.

Supplier A- Stock= 200 for Item IT1 in Location L1

Supplier B- Stock= 100 for Item IT1 in Location L2

Sourcing allocation for demand qty is Supplier A =10% and Supplier B=90%.
