All datasource connections got deleted

Hi
We have a strange issue in datasource connection manager. When we have deleted a  datasource connection pointing to other environment, all other datasource connections got deleted and have caused huge impact on reports as the report templates were broken and we have relink all the templates back to the report.

HFM is the datasource to these reports.FR is configured on high availability and windows 2012 R2 and RM1 data folder is on shared network drive.

HFM version : 11.1.2.4.201
FR version: 11.1.2.4.006

Please suggest if there is any known bug.
