Golden gate memory usage

Hello Gurus,

We have been observing golden gate integrated replicate process to be consuming high memory and causing swapping and eventually server becomes unresponsive due to heavy load.

The integrated replicated has MAX_SGA_SIZE set to 1G.

How can we make sure GG doesn’t use excessive memory so as not to cause swapping ?
