Bar-Code system in Dispatch

Hi,

We have used the oracle version 12.1.3.

We have decided to implement the Bard-code system to our finished products.

This Bar-code process will be start from accounting the finished products in production itself.

While making the dispatch we need to scan the Bar-code and dispatch the finished products.

What are the basic amenities required to implement the Bar-code system, anybody implemented the Bar-code system

kindly guide to us, it will be helpful.

In our existing version itself it will be able to achieve?
