Why incorrect TARR when EE address changed in ESS?

Hello,

We turned on the automated Geocoder and are now having issues when an EE changes his/her address using Employee Self Service.  The EE's address and TARR (Residence Tax Area) are changed but it appears to disregard the new zip code when automatically selecting the new Geocode, resulting in an incorrect TARR Geocode.

I found BUG 20639879 (12/18/17): R054104 UPDATES TARR INCORRECTLY IN THE NATIONAL FISCAL DATA ...  but I am unable to determine which ESU this BUG belongs to. Can someone please provide the ESU # so i can see if we've already applied it?

For example:

  • EE old address = Snellville, GA 30078 Gwinnett County - Geocode 111352133
