IFRS16 Equipment Lease. How to get started.

We have installed the patches so that we can use the new Equipment lease-for Lessee functionality. However we don't know how to get started with entering a lease. Which responsibility should we be using? Is there a user guide? We don't want to use the full Property Manager module, just the new facilities to maintain leases under IFRS16.
