How to correct a wrong Compile setup during the calendar year?

I would like to ask if somebody has faced similar issue and what was the best solution for it. What we have realized is that on one of our Compile setups, which was the A class where the items are counted 4 times a year, was setup incorrectly. This means that instead of using the 80% of the Value of the Inventory we setup 80% of the Item counts which is ended up in huge number of counts so far. see below screenshot.

We were thinking to create a new compile and go with that for the rest of 2019, however I am not sure if the audit requirement will be fulfilled if we start a new compile.
