R03B161 updating SPYE field incorrectly

R03B161 updating SPYE field incorrectly for companies other than "00000".  it is not clearing the current year field (ASTY) and moving it to prior year field (SPYE).

it is updating the correct figures for "00000" company.

We have checked the date pattern F03B08 it is set correctly for "00000" company till FY 2019, whereas we are closing current year 2018.
