Need to Replace "PERIOD_NAME = '???-17'" with Jan-17 in BefImport Script

Hi All,

We have a unique problem in FDMEE 11.1.2.4.210 where an Oracle GL Greek Character set cannot be entirely interpreted due to "special" characters.

This issue is impacting our ability to load directly to HFM without using a file.

Previous attempts to solve this problem 2 years ago via a Service Request and otherwise have resulted in the advice to script the Period Name replacement in the BefImport script.

Not fully understanding all the factors in play (what APIs are being used and how to use them with Jython) I've given it my best shot and can't even pull the source GL_PERIOD_NAME much less loop through the load to replace it before it reaches TDATASEG.  Period mapping does not seem to improve the inability to resolve the characters.
