OCTOBER 2018 PSU Recently applied to our db server. Can we directly apply APRIL 2019 PSU instead of

We just recently applied October 2018 PSU to all our database servers. JAN 2019 AND APRIL 2019 PSU both are available now but I wanted to know if we can apply directly the APRIL 2019 PSU instead of JAN 2019? If we skip JAN 2019 PSU, will there be possible missing fixes?
