Milestone based billing and revenue accrual in Oracle Projects EBS R12+

Hi,

Is there any standard functionality I can use in Oracle Projects billing to generate and accrue revenue and generate invoices on the basis of milestones (Use Task Progress %)?

Please note that the users are not licensed to use Oracle Project Management and use only Oracle Forms based costing and billing functions.
