Physical Standby ORA-00313,00312 ,27041

when we rebuild standby one of our production windows environment . Using the command "duplicate target database for standby nofilenamecheck "worked fine.

but standby alert log show err. Any help would be appreciated

learing online log 1 of thread 1 sequence number 235

Errors in file E:\APP\diag\rdbms\n4proddr\n4proddr\trace\n4proddr_ora_1732.trc:

ORA-00313: open failed for members of log group 1 of thread 1

ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: 'E:\APP\ORADATA\XXX\REDO01.LOG'

ORA-27041: unable to open file

OSD-04002: unable to open file

O/S-Error: (OS 2) The system cannot find the file specified.
