Agg results by Smart List members

am using EPBCS.

I need to create a custom rule to write from WFP to FS based on Employee Salary Basis (Annual and Hourly), which are Smart List members.

The XWRITE rule needs to write for Total Employees to specific GL accounts, one for Annual Salary basis and another for Hourly basis.

Following is an example of the calculated results by Employee.

As the "Total Employees->"Basic Salary" does not give a total by "Salary Basis", the Xwrite rule will transfer 0 to FS.

Please share your insights for a solution using Calc Manager functions.

Other thoughts:

1.Creating parents (Annual, Hourly) for the Employee dimension. I know that will work but I do not want to go there.
