California Overtime for Flat Sum Bonus Calculation Issues

Is anyone else having issues with incorrect calculations for the CA flat sum bonus? We have run into issues where the Regular bonus rate is calculating incorrectly so the employee is either overpaid or underpaid. A payroll calc is run and the rate may change either to be correct or another entry may recalc incorrectly. We have found no reason for this occurrence and have no way to audit for it either. We've logged an SR but Oracle has not been able to recreate yet.
