How to trace the deleted History in oracle hrms

Dear Guru,

We enable the traces and able to track deleted record in the oracle hrms but user requirement is he wants to track the Delete information as well

for example :

USER 215701 deleted the absence record of 20000

Curently is showing modified by and which record we deleted and absence type

Now user requesting for Information to be capture i.e start date and end date of absence type

Please Provide your input
