Taleo: TCC Ping Error - Taleo Product Cannot be accessed
Hi,
We are seeing a 'Ping Error - Taleo Product Cannot be accessed' when accessing our staging Taleo site using TCC.
Have tried the solutions mentioned in the Oracle doc below but they have not worked for us. Especially, the whitelisting of IPs and proxy server settings have been checked but we couldn't pin point the issue.
TCC: "The Taleo Product Could Not Be Accessed" Error (Doc ID 1555210.1)
Anyone has faced a similar issue and know the root cause and resolution?
