ACME PACKET 3900 ECZ8.1

We swapped in 3900's in place of 3820 that were running ECZ6.4.  We are having issues when We dial into external vendor bridge we are not passing 101 thru SBC for dialing pin for conference bridge.  Anyone else experiencing an issue like this ? 

Worked with TAC and haven't found a way to correct.

We had no issue on 6.4.

Here is where we stand 

1) I will hand this off to the next engineer.  and engineering has this as a severity 1 defect
2) my efforts to find a work around in the lab did not find a solution .. no combination of rfc2833 mode and add-sdp-profile, codec-policy, HMR or the recommended sip-interface option  seems to be able to work around the issue and the logs seem to show that the box is , in fact, trying to do g711 audio to RFC2833 trans coding via the DSP.
