Headcount analytics export data always shows everything

The Headcount Analytics information that can be launched from the Manager Dashboard Direct Line Reports pagelet can be filtered. However, if you click on the Settings icon and export the data, you always get everything anyway. We're trying to figure out how to exclude CWRs and POIs from this without customizing the query behind it. Is that possible?
