Barcode Font not scanable in R12.2.7

Hello,

We have been using code128a for Barcode and working perfectly in R12.1.3 

But it doesn't work in R12.2.7, are we missing anything? Template has the field mapping

<?register-barcode-vendor:'oracle.apps.xdo.template.rtf.util.barcoder.BarcodeUtil';'XMLPBarVendor'?>

<barcode:CF_INV_BARCODE;'code128a';'XMLPBarVendor'?>

Looks like Upgrade caused the issue.  We are trying to find what is missing.. 

Any Ideas..
