Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Transaction sequence number is skipping

Transaction source is manual -other but sequence is in order and one transaction number sequence is skipping.

Ex : 351,352,354,355

but missing transaction not in the system (353) how to find it? and why is it?
