Application team is facing ORA-03117: two-task save area overflow in the application logs

hi ,

Database is 11.2.0.4 and application team is facing ORA-03117 error at their end , So if they re-start the app services at their end . They are able to connect to the database .

can you please provide what needs to be done from the database end .
